Helping people in Business,
to MAXIMISE the Bottom Line.

Profit Improvement - Methodology
We meet at your offices for an initial discussion, at no cost to you, and at a time to suit you - this can be ’out of hours’ if required. We discuss your situation and circumstances in detail, in order to establish the area(s) in which we believe we could be most effective.
We then prepare and deliver a Report outlining our Proposals, and seek your comment & acceptance.
Once approved, we undertake the work as agreed, keeping you fully updated as to the dynamic progress being achieved on an ongoing basis.
We review the situation periodically, as often as agreed with you, to ensure that the introduced measures / changes are continuing to provide the contemplated benefits, and to deal with any issues arising accordingly.
Methodology
A Typical Scenario......
This 20 year old company has some good things going for it. It has established a niche market in the telecoms industry, but finds that it has grown too fast, and many aspects of its business are in varying states of imbalance, as a result of the owner’s eyes being off the ball. They have concentrated purely on turnover and growth, leaving the other important aspects of the daily operations to run themselves.
Which, of course, they never do.
Its premises have become too costly, and no longer provide the accommodation they need; they have many other ‘historic’ overheads which need evaluating and reducing where possible, and their customer base is capable of being expanded significantly, if certain elements can be introduced into the equation.
By casting an expert eye over, and remedying the things which are wrong, by re-arranging the things which can be change, and by significantly improving the future turnover potential, the company enters into a new phase of efficient and profitable performance.
